Stylish Sunday
Okay, today we are tackling Classic style
There are MANY variations on classic style. The major fashion icon of classic style would be Jackie O.

and Audrey Hepburn.

One of the best things about being a classic style is that your clothes stay in fashion for a LOT longer, so you don’t have to invest in the new trends each year. The down side is that you want to make sure you purchase quality peices so that they will last you for years.
If you find that your go-to piece in the winter is a black turtleneck sweater, you have more than one little black dress that is pretty much the same as the others, if you own a cotton button down in more than 3 colors, if you your favorite brands are Banana Republic, Ralph Lauren and Calvin Klein, chances are you are a Classic Styler.
Some great classic modest peices that are available at some of my favorite modest retailers are:

This dress is from Funky Frum and is currently on sale for $25!

Military Style Dress from Shabby Apple.

“Sabrina” Dress from Christa Taylor

Pemplum Jacket from Shade.

Pencil Skirt from Shade.
The trademarks of a “classic” styler are clean lines, quality fabrics and clothes that make you admire them not for their attention grabbing qualities, but for their understated elegance.
