So I got some AWESOME swimsuits for my 6 year old daughter this morning via fedex.

Last week I saw that Lands End was having their President’s Day sale, which meant an extra 20% off…

So I decided to try to find a swimsuit for my daughter via Land’s End, knowing that if I didn’t like them, I could return them to my local Sears for free.

I ordered all these different options:

Girls Classic Skirted Tank Swimsuit

Girls Classic Tankini Swim Top

Girls Classic Swimini

Girls Palm Beach Ruffled Tankini

Girls Drop Waist Swimini

So, we are keeping the Calssic Skirted Tank and the Ruffled Palm Beach Tankini to mix and match with the Drop Waist Swimini, I wasn’t sure that the tankini and the swimini were going to be a match, but they are just perfect!

All of the tankini tops were a little bit big through the chest, but that is a simple easy fix with a straight stitch.  I was amazed and surprised by how long the tankini’s were, there is a good two inches of overlap with the tops and the skirts.

My girl LOVED these suits, she thought they were super cute and loved how they fit.  She has always hated feeling like she has a wedgie.  She said of the Ruffled Tankini bottom, “this is the best hiney fitting swimmy bottom I ever had!”  So cute, there were no little hiney cheeks hanging out!

She love her suit so much that she and her brother broke out all their suits this morning, along with beach chair and towels and played, “beach”!
